1. Data Protection

1.1 Your personal details are needed for the business requirements and will be held and protected by Gemma Anne Barnes, in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 & the General Data Protection Regulation 2018.

2. Services

2.1 1:1 coaching sessions will be 60, 45 or 30 minutes, as stated upon booking (unless discussed otherwise). Please arrive promptly for your session, whether online or in person. Late arrival will mean you will not get your full session time.

2.3 After attending a session or joining a program, you agree to Gemma Anne Barnes saying she has worked with you, this can be used for marketing purposes.

2.4 Payment is taken at the time of booking to secure your session or space. Payment plans are offered for some packages and programs.

2.6 When booking a service you agree to being added to our email list, where you will receive emails which contain, but are not restricted to; updates, offers, education, behind the scenes and other information and marketing from Gemma Anne Barnes. Should you no longer wish to receive these emails, you can unsubscribe at any time. You may also join the mailing list without booking a service, by doing this you also agree to the above emails and may unsubscribe at any time.

3. Cancellations & Refunds Policy

3.1 Cancellation Policy: For all 1:1 sessions; if you wish to reschedule a session at least 24 hours notice must be given, cancellations made within 24 hours of your sessions start time will not receive a refund or the option to reschedule. This also applies to sessions that are part of a package.

3.2 Packages are non-refundable.

3.3 Packages must be used within the time frame stated or an agreed time frame between Gemma Anne Barnes & the client.

3.4 Within a package, failure to turn up or respect the cancellation policy counts as one full session.

3.5 1:1 Coaching and Masterminds have a 24 hour cancellation window, this allows you to cancel & receive a full refund if you cancel within 24 hours of payment. You will not receive a refund if you cancel after this time, nor will you be reimbursed if you are unable to attend any of the scheduled sessions.

3.6 Instant Access courses and one-off masterclasses will not be cancelled or refunded in any circumstance.

3.8 Gemma Anne Barnes reserves the right to refund and/or reschedule, at her discretion. Should Gemma Anne Barnes be unavailable for a scheduled session, the session will be rescheduled with every effort made to meet the schedule of the client. Should Gemma Anne Barnes need to terminate the sessions, any monies paid will be refunded on a pro-rated basis for sessions not used.

There are NO exceptions made to this policy under any circumstances. Thank you for your understanding.

4. Liability

4.1 Gemma Anne Barnes is not qualified to give medical advice.

4.2 The client must disclose any medical conditions that may affect their work with Gemma Anne Barnes, before or during their first session.

4.3 All services provided by Gemma Anne Barnes are to be used at the clients own risk.

4.4 Gemma Anne Barnes will not be held liable for any advice or actions taken by any featured guest or industry professional connected to her programs or educational content.

4.5 By participating in any programs or services provided by Gemma Anne Barnes, the client agrees to take full responsibility for them selves & their outcome. Gemma Anne Barnes will not be held liable. The client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Gemma Anne Barnes for any pain, injury or damage caused from any of their services or educational content. In any case where Gemma Anne Barnes is shown to have been in breach of contract and or to have been negligent, her liability shall be limited to the value of the session or sessions purchased to the maximum sum of $1000USD.
